About Felicity

Welcome to 99reasonstowin.com! Best buckle up, because this is the homepage of the legendary Mort-Racer FELICITY. So take a deep breath and get comfortable. Here comes the horizon.

FELICITY is an independent comic created by Adam Law. Beginning in 2007 and launching in 2009, it chronicles the adventures of motor-sporting legends in the making. Set in a futuristic New York City; a division of a deadly motor-sport called Mort-Racing gives prisoners a chance to fight for their freedom. No one has ever survived long enough, no one that is, until now. Team Crimson have been making waves, surviving more than twelve heats in the harrowing Prison League but as eyes watch intently, can they keep it up?

FELICITY is different than the majority of web comics as it does not follow a weekly update schedule. Instead it is compiled into generous 'Issues' released every three or four months.

FELICITY offers a digital book-experience, offering readers the closest experience possible to actually holding a book.

FELICITY Shorts are intended to begin in late summer 2010, following the release of ISSUE 3 which currently in the making.

FELICITY is a story still very much to be told.
About The Creator

Adam Law is a 23 year old idealist, whose head is in the clouds and never quite ready to 'get on with real life'. He was born in Northern Ireland where he currently resides and works.

Previous to creating 'Felicity' he illustrated and co-created Press Start To Play with his best friend, Darryl Walker. A webcomic about Love, Life and Video Games which was met with much success in 2006 when it first launched, generating a fanbase of 26,000 unqiue readers daily.

He has worked as a concept artist for a non-profit mod for Valves Half-Life 2, aimed at recreating RAREs classic Nintendo 64 shooter; Perfect Dark.
He is a gamer.

He associates 'Felicity' closely with the word 'Freedom' explaining that it has opened alot of doors for him, artisticly. He has embedded alot of his ideals and beliefs behind the thick-lined eyes of Hero, 99. He credits 'Futurama' 'F-zero' 'Smallville' and 'Firefly' as inspirations for the project, naming the latter two as the strongest influences on his story-telling style.

Crimson Feather Studios, a name attached to the projects that he has created, is simply a house for his creations. A roof in which to keep them all under, as he plans to create many more stories in the future.

He can be found at his DeviantArt site aswell as lurking on every and other forum that involves his interests.
